and Capabilities
All
of our equipment is on the cutting edge of today's high profile technology.
We are especially proud of our new BYSTRONIC Laser
cutting system that features an auto loading and unloading system.
This Laser is also equiped with CNC rotary axis for tube and profile
cutting. We can easily cut odd, special and regular shapes without
the use of expensive punches and dies.
Our
in-house machining capabilities mean better scheduling and
on-time delivery, as well as cost savings to customers. All work is
performed at our Lakewood plant - by our staff of trained professionals.
Our
assembly capabilities include complete fabrication, electrical
wiring and assembly of product, as well as testing to ensure complete
customer satisfaction.
Additionally,
Henrich operates a 14,000-square-foot shop nearby for welding and
assembly of stainless-steel fabrications. In stainless steel metal
fabrication applications, we are capable of in-house polishing
and handling sanitary operations for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
These companies now require Henrich to seperate the equipment used
to fabricate carbon steel from that used on stainless, to avoid contamination
of the stainless. We will fabricate one piece or thousands to your
exact specifications, from a machine guard or mounting bracket to
the full manufacture and assembly of an 80 ft. oven enclosure.
